You need to load test it rather than just measuring the voltage with a multimeter. If the battery is good, suspect the rear height sensor, which is electrical rather than mechanical.

Is a 2010 C5 .. the rear of the car will not rise either by operating the switch nor while driving. The front is OK. Message comes on screen that the front is rising but no indication of the rear. Car needs to go to get RWC.
